POLICY A
Policy A applies to all digital products purchased from Business Boosting Pro under categories such as eBooks, software tools, and business growth tools.
Cancellations Before Download or Access
If you wish to cancel your purchase before accessing or downloading the digital product, you will receive a full refund. Please notify us in advance via email at support@businessboostinpro.com
Withdrawals After Access or Download
If you access or download the digital product and do not find the expected value, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t completed more than 30% of the content (for courses or subscription-based products).
However, once more than 30% of the content is accessed or completed, no refunds will be issued.
Transfers
Digital product licenses or access cannot be transferred to another user.
Extensions and Rescheduling
If you need additional time to access a subscription-based product, please email us atsupport@businessboostinpro.comWe will extend access by up to 30 days at no extra charge. For extensions beyond 30 days, you would need to pay 50% of the original product price.
POLICY B
Policy B applies to Self-Paced Digital Products such as downloadable eBooks, software, and other tools from Business Boosting Pro.
Cancellation or Refund After Download
Refunds will not be issued once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
In cases of product issues, please contact us at support@businessboostinpro.com and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

- Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

- Refunds or rescheduling for non-attendance (in case of live digital products) will not be provided.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by Business Boosting Pro
Business Boosting Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live digital product offering due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
Business Boosting Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of digital products.
